Alek has always been as equally drawn to creative professions rooted in the arts as to business-oriented careers derived from logic. In response, her interior design education complemented by her management degree results in design projects that successfully marry function with imagination.
Her personal design style can be defined as Modern Organic – using materials found in nature paired with clean uncomplicated lines, accented by fresh colors, unrefined textures and unique patterns. Ultimately, she works to create distinctive yet timeless designs that
are mindful of their surroundings, are environmentally-sensitive and always surpass the clients’ expectations.
Originally from Warsaw (Poland), Aleks grew up in Canmore and after a short stint in the city, decided to make the mountains her “forever home’”.
